Aniruddha Chatterjee
Team Lead, Application Engineering

With eight years of cumulative experience in research, product design and application development in the field of thermal energy systems and several papers to his credit, Aniruddha leads Application development in the area of Phase Change Materials and Thermal Energy Storage systems. He received his Masters of Applied Science in Materials Engineering from University of British Columbia, Vancouver (2012) in the field of casting and solidification processes. He also holds a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from SRM University, Chennai (2008) and passed-out as a gold medalist and as the 'best-outgoing student'.

He started his career with WABCO, India as a Design Engineer. Prior to joining PLUSS, he held various posts in research and application engineering experience at the University of British Columbia (Vancouver, Canada), McGill University (Montreal, Canada) and Sungkyunkwan Advanced Institute of Nanotechnology (Seoul, Korea).

Aniruddha is an avid follower of technology and believes that design differentiates a good product. A member of ASHRAE and ISHRAE he is intrigued by how things are made and the innovations in design. A foodie at heart, Aniruddha loves to cook and invite people over, explore new restaurants in search of new delicacies! He loves photography, travelling and music as much as his love for energy storage and PCMs. He hopes to one day travel for ever and go on expeditions to be able to accomplish his wish of leading a nomadic life.
