Novis is the series of Pluss to provide the solution for flow behavior improvement, viscosity or molecular weight alteration in polyolefins. This series has products based on different mechanisms and reactivity for PP and variety of PE grades.

PP is a versatile thermoplastic polymer used in various applications. Different applications require specific molecular weight and molecular weight distribution. For example, Biaxially Oriented Polypropylene (BOPP) film needs an MFI in the range of 2-5, while injection molding requires MFI around 30. Traditional catalyst systems determine PP properties, but they may not always yield the desired MFI or molecular weight distribution. In recycling, maintaining consistent raw material quality is challenging due to varying MFI and molecular weight distribution. Recyclers need a method to adjust MFI and molecular weight distribution in PP and PE grades.

So, this Novis series helps the compounder and recycler to enhance their MFI by providing the highly branched structure polymer with excellent cross linking and chain scission ability for PP compounds and via-chain branching ability for the LDPE, LLDPE, HDPE, and POE to decrease the MFI.
